“Hasta la madre”. Literally means “Until the mother”… which of course doesnt make sense, but in slang it means “Im up to here!!!!”, “fed up”, tired, cranky, “enough is enough” 

Or it can also mean, “Fucked up”, “drunk” 

Example: 

“Estoy hasta la madre” - ” I am up to here!!” / ” I am fucked up”
